Within Unearthing Justices, the War Pony symbolizes our collective mobilization against the systemic, gendered, and racial violence that Indigenous women, girls, and Two-Spirit+ people face. As it moves through communities, it helps map the strength and wisdom that already exists across Turtle Island.
