Justice Convoy Rally
A rally that took place on June 11, 2020, in Fort Smith that pleaded for action, not more delays, after the federal government postponed the unveiling of its action plan on missing and murdered Indigenous women and girls earlier that month. About 60 or 70 vehicles took part in the rally, and almost all of them were decorated with signs made before by volunteers the rally.

Demonstration at Queen’s Park
This was a demonstration to call attention to missing and murdered Indigenous women that took place on July 1st, 2019, in Queen’s Park in Toronto. During the demonstration, a woman was put in handcuffs by Queen’s Park security guards. This incident was filmed by Nanook Gordon Fareal, who claims the woman was handcuffed for posting a sign with tape on a John A. MacDonald statue.
