NWAC’s Red Dress Day Events 2023
To mark Red Dress Day, the NWAC organized events on May 5 and May 6, 2023, to come together, honour lost loved ones and shine a spotlight on the MMIWG2S+ genocide. These events included guided visits to their MMIWG2S+ exhibit, a faceless doll workshop, the unveiling of a painting, a roundtable, prayers, drumming, and singing.
