Native Youth Sexual Health Network
This is an organization by and for Indigenous youth that works across issues of sexual and reproductive health, rights and justice throughout the United States and Canada. Miracle Healing Woman: Creating Change: MMIWG Gathering
A MMIWG gathering presented by the Kainai Wellness Centre that took place on March 19-20, 2020. Tamara’s Walk
The walk is named after Gladys Radek’s niece, Tamara Lynn Chipman, who went missing in 2005. The walk takes place on the Highway of Tears and is to remember MMIW, with Downtown Eastside Vancouver Women’s Centre Elders participating.

Geraldine Beardy Memorial
This memorial vigil for Geraldine Beardy took place on September 18, 2015, in Jacob Penner Park, in Winnipeg. It was organized by Ka Ni Kanichihk at the request of elder Eliza Beardy, to honour her granddaughter memory. The event included the distributing of Klik and bannock, drumming, prayers, and speakers.
