Breathing Life into the Calls for Justice: An Action Plan to End Violence Against First Nations Women, Girls, and 2SLGBTQQIA+ People

The “Connecting Hearts and Making Change” report, part of the “Breathing Life into the Calls for Justice” Action Plan, was discussed at a national gathering hosted by the AFN in Vancouver from February 14-16, 2023, marking four years since the release of the MMIWG Final Report and emphasizing trauma-informed, culturally appropriate support for survivors and families, and calling for comprehensive government action and resources to implement the 231 Calls for Justice.
