Missing Jack Family
In 1989, Doreen and Ronald Jack, along with their two sons, vanished after heading to a logging camp job, leaving no trace. Despite many tips, no leads have surfaced, highlighted by Doreen’s sister Marlene at the 2017 MMIW inquiry in Smithers.

Comprehensive Safety Community Plan
A response plan by the Fort St. John Women’s Resource Society aimed at improving community response when Indigenous women and girls go missing in northeast British Columbia. The plan is a direct response to a 2016 Amnesty International report documenting the risks Indigenous women and girls face in northeast B.C., and Fort St. John in particular.
