Boycott Delta Hotel, Regina

Nearly four years after Nadine Machiskinic died from injuries sustained at the Delta Hotel in Regina, a University of Saskatchewan student, Kayla Lavallee, encouraged people to boycott the hotel. Ochapowace First Nation then decided to move the Christmas party that was set to take place at the hotel after receiving Lavallee’s request, in solidarity with Machiskinic’s family.
